Hello, My name is Waldemar Asmus, and I am an IT specialist with a diverse range of interests within this
field.
From a young age, I have been fascinated by the world of technology. With a curious mind and a desire to
understand how things work, I have always been drawn to the field of computer science. The challenge of
solving problems through logical and abstract thinking, as well as turning an idea into reality, is highly
enjoyable to me. In 2019, I was fortunate enough to turn my passion into a career when I began an
apprenticeship at the WBS Training School. Currently, I am working at GUS ERP and am excited to continue
learning and growing in my profession.
I am a fast learner who is able to adapt to new situations and concepts quickly.
Maintaining organization through the use of notes and documentation allows me to effectively manage my tasks
and fulfill my commitments.
I have a strong sense of responsibility and am willing to take on tasks that others may avoid or feel
not responsible for.
Regardless of whether I am working on a team or individually, I always ensure that my tasks are completed to
the best of my ability.
When I encounter inefficiencies and problems within the work process, I like to take the initiative to
identify them and actively seek out solutions to discuss with my superiors and colleagues.
I am proud to have established a reputation as a highly organized, helpful, and dependable individual
throughout my educational and professional experiences.
Through tackling a variety of tasks, my skills in problem-solving, prioritization and organization have improved. I have learned how to stay calm under pressure, prioritize my work and approach challenges with a logical mindset. My experience has also helped me to become more adept at identifying problems and inefficiencies, as well as finding effective solutions. Furthermore, I am diligent about documenting my work and keeping thorough notes to maintain efficiency and clarity.
During my apprenticeship, I was treated as a full member of the team from day one. I was given tasks and responsibilities on par with those of a fully fledged developer. After only two weeks, I was trusted to manage interns. This experience allowed me to further refine my skills in responsibility and effectively tackling difficult tasks.
